SECURITY & PRIVACY

How is S3CUR different from installing GrapheneOS myself?

GrapheneOS is a hardened operating system. S3CUR is a complete security infrastructure. When you install GrapheneOS yourself, you get the OS—but you still need to find, configure, and maintain separate solutions for encrypted messaging, wallet custody, private connectivity, and device management. S3CUR integrates all six layers into one verified system. No configuration. No compatibility issues. No gaps.

Can S3CUR access my data or communications?

No. All encryption happens locally on your device. S3CUR:CHAT uses zero-knowledge architecture—we cannot decrypt your messages. Your wallet keys never leave the device. We cannot access, monetize, or surrender your data because we never possess it. This isn't a privacy policy promise. It's cryptographic impossibility.

What happens if law enforcement requests my data?

We have nothing to provide. S3CUR stores no plaintext communications, no contact lists, no metadata graphs, and no recovery keys. If compelled, we can confirm a subscription exists—nothing more. Your security doesn't depend on our legal resistance. It depends on mathematics.

Does S3CUR have backdoors or lawful intercept capabilities?

No. S3CUR:OS is built on GrapheneOS, which is fully open-source and audited. We don't implement government access frameworks, key escrow systems, or "lawful intercept" infrastructure. Our entire codebase is public. Backdoors would be visible—and would destroy our business model instantly.

PRODUCT VALUE & POSITIONING

Why does S3CUR cost $1,299 when I can buy a Pixel 8a for $499?

You're not buying a phone. You're buying six integrated products:

  • Hardened Device: Pixel 8a ($499)
  • Hardened OS: S3CUR:OS with lifetime updates ($1,200/year enterprise equivalent)
  • Private Messenger: S3CUR:CHAT, identifier-free ($180/year equivalent)
  • Non-Custodial Wallet: Integrated, not separate hardware ($200 equivalent)
  • Global eSIM: 12GB annual data, no carrier KYC ($240/year)
  • Remote Security: S3CUR:HUB device management ($120/year MDM equivalent)

Total value if purchased separately: $2,439+ annually.
S3CUR delivers this for $1,299 one-time + $199/year after year one.

How does S3CUR compare to enterprise MDM solutions?

Enterprise Mobile Device Management costs $2,500+/year per user and still requires you to build your own communication stack, manage separate wallet solutions, and coordinate multiple vendors. S3CUR delivers equivalent (often superior) security for individuals and small teams at a fraction of the cost—with zero IT overhead.

What about other "secure phones" like GrapheneOS?

Most luxury secure phones ($999-$14,000) are modified Android devices with custom apps and closed-source encryption. Many have failed or been compromised. S3CUR is built on GrapheneOS—the most audited mobile security platform—with open-source foundations and transparent cryptography. We're not selling exclusivity. We're selling mathematics.

DAILY USE & COMPATIBILITY

Can I use normal apps like WhatsApp, Signal, or banking apps?

Yes. S3CUR:OS includes sandboxed Google Play Services. Mainstream apps work without system-level access to your data. You can use banking apps, rideshare apps, and standard messengers—but they run in isolated containers that can't surveil the rest of your device. You maintain compatibility without surrendering control.

Will my carrier SIM card work with S3CUR:ONE?

S3CUR:ONE uses eSIM technology and includes 12GB of annual global data with privacy-respecting connectivity. You can also add your own carrier eSIM if needed. Traditional physical SIM cards are not supported—by design. SIM cards leak location data and require carrier KYC. eSIM gives you flexibility without surveillance dependencies.

What if I lose my S3CUR:ONE device?

Log into S3CUR:HUB from any browser and trigger remote wipe. All encryption keys are destroyed instantly. The device becomes a paperweight. Your communications, wallet, and data cannot be recovered by anyone—including us. If you've backed up your wallet recovery phrase (offline, as instructed), you can restore funds to a new device. Control remains yours.
